The team, role & responsibilities
The NAB Securitisation Origination team is the leading Arranger for 2019 in Australia and has been rated # 1 for Debt Securities Origination, Strongest Domestic Distribution, Lead for MTM/Mortgage Back Securities and Creative Debt Raising ideas in the Peter Lee Awards. We’ve also won Best Local Bond House in the Finance Asia awards and Australian Securitisation House of the Year in the 2018 Kanganews Awards (7years running).
The Senior Associate position supports the Directors and Associate Directors across complex transactions and will be involved in all aspects of deal related activity including;
You will also be exposed to a wide variety of asset classes including residential mortgage backed securities, auto loans, trade receivables, credit card and personal loans. You will also manage the day to day existing transactions including assessment of covenant compliance and performance trends to recommend risk mitigation and or efficiency changes.
To be considered you’ll hold a tertiary qualification in a Finance / Law / Business (or related) discipline with strong academic results. Your CV will demonstrate extensive industry experience from within areas such as Capital Markets, Corporate Finance or Institutional Client Coverage. Further to this you’ll bring excellent interpersonal skills combined with a demonstrable understanding credit assessment and financial modelling.
