Sales Administration Assistant

Reporting to the Victorian Sales Manager, the Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Boutique Homes Sales Management team. Some key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Monthly Comprehensive Sales & Marketing Report collation
  • Coordinating and assisting in meetings, agenda, minutes, This will also include controlling all associated tasks from these meetings and providing assistance to the relevant Chairperson
  • File deal check (tracking & quality of file)
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for meetings as required
  • Adhoc administration duties as required
  • Efficient coordination and management of diary and email to ensure VIC Sales Manager is organised, ‘time’ managed and has flexibility
  • Assist and support internal sales team as required


  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and operate under pressure
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills
  • Ability to both work autonomously and effectively as part of a team
  • Proficient across the Microsoft Office suite
  • Advanced Excel skills essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Collaborative team member and ability to work autonomously
