Executive Assistant - Bethlehem Hospital, Parkdale

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and high performing Executive Assistant to support the General Manager & Medical Director, and Executive team at Bethlehem Hospital located in Parkdale.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth running and professional function of the Executive Team, playing a proactive part in ensuring administrative responsibilities are undertaken in an efficient, professional and timely manner.

You will be required to establish close, effective partnerships with the Executive team and the regional leadership group. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a sense of urgency when managing business requirements, providing the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.

This is a permanent part time (0.9 FTE) opportunity, with flexibility to work a full 9 day fortnight, or shorter hours across Monday - Friday.

What you bring

  • Significant EA experience supporting senior level Executives

  • Demonstrated initiative in completing tasks to tight deadlines and the flexibility to handle constantly changing priorities and unexpected demands
  • Proven ability to collaborate, partner and build effective and professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Advanced MS Office skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and perform a range of support and organisational functions at a senior executive level
  • Exceptional organisation skills with an eye for detail
  • Experience working within a healthcare environment is highly desirable
