Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be part of a fast paced and passionate environment focusing on providing administrative support for all day to day office requirements. This full time role is key within the Followmont Network and would suit a confident professional that is motivated and driven to provide exceptional customer service. An overall passion towards the service we provide our customers and the promotion of unity within in our people is a must!

Provide administrative support to improve operational efficiency
Assisting with customer enquiries via phone, email and in person, including meeting and greeting customers when required
Liaising with other Followmont Branches across QLD as well internal team members
Data entry, filing and archiving as well as other general administrative tasks
Assisting in the warehouse where required
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
8am start time
